Resolution providing for an Agreement, or Agreements with the Fair Housing Partnership of Pittsburgh, for the implementation/administration of Fair Housing Programming, and related costs, in the amount not to exceed Sixty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($64,500.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements, in the form approved by the City Solicitor with the Fair Housing Partnership of Pittsburgh, for the implementation/administration of Fair Housing programming, and related costs, in the amount not to exceed Sixty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($64,500), chargeable and payable from the following account:

Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
