Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars ($15,850.00) in favor of Stacee Carlett Diggs, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from all liability arising from any and all claims for personal injuries and damages arising from an alleged incident on or about January 10, 2011, on Burrows Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2016.
