Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to accept a donation from Michael Baker International in the amount of SIX THOUSAND ($6,000.00) dollars to purchase items for Safety Town and Safe Routes to School programming. Donated monies shall be deposited into the DOMI General Fund Operating supplies 11101.600000.56151.
