Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of General Services and Finance to Enter into a Right-of-Way Agreement with Duquesne Light Company in connection with electrical service for the Pittsburgh Children's Museum/Old Buhl Planetarium Building located in the 22nd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of General Services and Finance are authorized to enter into a Right-of-Way Agreement with Duquesne Light Company granting the right, privilege and authority to erect, install, use, operate, maintain, repair, renew and finally remove an underground system consisting of cables, wires, conduit, switchgear, transformer and other fixtures and apparatus thereto belonging, upon, over, under, along, across and through Grantor's land, known as the Buhl Planetarium, located in Allegheny Square, Lot and Block   23-R-103, situate in the 22nd Ward, City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; together with the right to occupy and use as part of the underground system the conduit, switchgear pad and transformer pad provided by Pittsburgh Childrens' Museum (Lessee); and to enter upon the land at any time for such purposes.  The Right-of-Way Agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
