Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows

Section 1.  The fees for permits, licenses, and inspections is hereby incorporated for the 2026 fiscal year.

Section 2.  The effective date of the Resolution shall be January 1, 2026.

Section 3.  Pursuant to Chapter 170 of the City Code, the fees that are codified in the code are amended to incorporate the new fees hereby established in the 2026 fee book.
