Resolution authorizing a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh providing for the transfer to URA of $2,000,000 for public improvements projects in Lawrenceville, East Liberty, South Side and Browns Hill Road. (Council Districts 3, 7, and 9)

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh providing for the design, inspection and construction by URA of certain public improvements in Lawrenceville, East Liberty, Squirrel Hill, South Side and Browns Hill Road, the dedication of the public improvements to the City of Pittsburgh, and the waiver of permit fees for contractors employed by URA in the construction thereof, and providing for the transfer to URA of an amount not to exceed Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000), chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
