Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Manchester Citizens Corporation for the purpose of receiving grant funds in the amount of Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty-Two ($13,852) dollars to support the city’s planning effort to study State Route 65 and ways to connect the Chateau and Manchester neighborhoods. 

 

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Manchester Citizens Corporation in order to receive a grant award of Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty-Two ($13,852) dollars. Monies from the grant shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400486.48311.00.

 

Section 2.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, to make all legitimate expenditures required by said Agreement(s) as outlined in Section 1. Said expenditures shall not to exceed of Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty-Two ($13,852) dollars chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expense account in the Grants Trust Fund job number 6029400486.
