Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with CleanNet Systems of Pennsylvania, Inc. for the purpose of providing custodial and cleaning services at Citiparks' Recreation and Healthy Active Living (Senior) Centers. The total cost of said Agreement(s) shall not exceed Nine Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand, Two-Hundred Twenty-Two Dollars and No Cents ($976,222) and shall be chargeable to and payable from the following chart of accounts in their respective budget years:
