Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants, for design services in connection with the rehabilitation or replacement of the South Highland Avenue Bridge, at a cost not to exceed $2,035,000, chargeable to and payable from the following account:

Section 2.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are herby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for reimbursement of the state governments' share of costs to the City.
