Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of Public Safety to enter into a Lease Agreement or Agreements between the City of Pittsburgh and East End Cooperative Ministries for space rental for the Office of Community Health & Safety, at a cost not to exceed TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($23,745.00) over two years.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Lease Agreement or Agreements between the City of Pittsburgh and East End Cooperative Ministries for space rental for the Office of Community Health & Safety, at a cost not to exceed TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($23,745.00) over two years.
Section 2. Payments due under said Agreement(s) shall be chargeable to and payable from the following JDE account codes in their respective budget years, subject to City Council appropriations:
2026: 11101.102300.54.54501.2026 $4,749.00
2027: 11101.102300.54.54501.2027 $18,996.00
TOTAL: $23,745.00
Section 3. Said Lease Agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
