Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Director of the Office of Management and Budget and the City Controller are hereby authorized and directed to reappropriate Four Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,600,000.00) from the Department of Finance (11101.107000.82.82101.2024 - Interest Expense - Bonds) to the Department of Public Works Bureau of Administration (11101.410000.54.54609.2025 - Water).

Section 2.                     Said funds shall only be used to pay for direct costs to Pittsburgh Water for 2024 services, as detailed in the 2019 Cooperation Agreement.
