Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $4,599.80 warrant in favor of Harold G. Zibrat, 234 Bonvue Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15214, in settlement of a claim in which claimant's sidewalk and sewer were damaged due to City tree roots, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2001.
