Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Section 1 of Resolution No. 881 effective January 1, 2001 which presently reads as per Attachment 1,

Is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.

Section 2.  In all other respects, Resolution No. 881 effective January 1, 2001 remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
