Resolution providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Study phase and the Preliminary Design phase of the Beaver Avenue Esplanade Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00), an increase of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00) from the previously executed agreement, reimbursable at 100%, at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Study phase and the Preliminary Design phase of the Beaver Avenue Esplanade Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) to be paid from the following accounts:

Section 2.
