Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000.00) in favor of Rachel Eleleth and G. Clinton Kelley, Esquire, 304 Ross Street,  7^th Floor, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219, fully releasing the City from all claims and liability for alleged personal injuries as described in a lawsuit filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G.D. 12-020567 and charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2018; Item Number 11111-44.
