Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is authorized to execute a grant agreement with Neighborhood Allies for receipt of grant funds to be used for the purpose of hiring a consultant to facilitate a community engagement process related to My Brother’s Keeper. The grant agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited in to the Grants Trust Fund account 0229400164.48311.00.

Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to make all legitimate expenditures and/ or agreements required under the terms of the grant agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Neighborhood Allies. Said expenditures or agreements shall not exceed Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 0229400164.50000.00.
