Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements with Contractor(s) and/or vendors for providing video production services for a television spot between four and seven minutes to be released by The City of Pittsburgh's ADA office at a cost not to exceed $25,000 corresponding to JDE's Job#: 1121151110.58101.00 Item#: 5157.

WHEREAS, leaders of the Disability Community have expressed an interest in being better informed of services and programs the City Provides; and
WHEREAS, to meet this need, the CITY needs professional services to provide video production for a television spot between four and seven minutes in length; and
WHEREAS the consultant is able and willing to provide such professional assistance and to perform the services required hereunder; and
WHEREAS, CITY desires to engage CONSULTANT upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, and CONSULTANT is willing to accept this engagement upon such terms and conditions;
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That in consideration of the mutual premises and intending to be legally bound, the parties agree as follows:
SCOPE OF WORK. The CITY engages KNOX CONSULTING as an independent contractor to perform video recording services for a monthly television spot.
The Pittsburgh ADA office petitions the City to release the $25,000 needed to pay for video productions services for television spots benefiting the disabled community corresponding to JDE's Job#: 1121151110.58101.00 Item#: 5157.
