Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from Pepsi of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). Donated monies shall be deposited into the operating budget of the Bureau of Fire, account 11101.250000.56.56151.2022.
