Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor with GovConnect, a subsidiary of GovOne Solutions, for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Webfile Software Support, for a period of three (3) years, July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2006, at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) per year, subject to annual budget appropriation, chargeable to and payable from Account 525100, Fund 1000, Organization 107300, Sub-Class 150, Budget Year 2003.
