Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

That Section 1 of Resolution No. 468, approved September 6, 2022, effective September 7, 2022, which presently reads as follows:

Section 1. That UNITED STATE GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, to remove/relocate existing bollards and planters and replace with security compliant bollards, a post and beam rail and a swing gate, at no cost to the City, at 1000 Liberty Avenue, in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

IS HEARBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. UNITED STATE GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, at no cost to the City, to install shallow foundation wedge vehicle barriers and a card reader along with existing security compliant bollards, a post and beam rail and a swing gate, at 1000 Liberty Avenue, in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-667 on file in the Division of Permits, Department of Mobility and Infrastructure.
