Title
Resolution providing for the entry into professional service agreements with various Real Estate agencies for the marketing of selected City-owned properties for the 12 months ending June 30, 2004.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into professional service agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with Real Estate agencies approved by the RFP committee, for marketing selected City-owned properties for the 12 months ended June 30, 2004.
Section 2. Funds generated as a result of the agreement will be used for any encumbered expense related to the marketing of City-owned property.
Section 3. The process described above shall be in accordance with the provisions of the newly amended Pittsburgh Code, Title Four, Public Places and Property; Article VII, City Realty; Chapter 452, Acquisition of City Property, Section 452.02.
