Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Allegheny Valley Railroad Company for costs associated with Preliminary Engineering for the Swinburne Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) federally reimbursable at 95%, to be paid from the following accounts:
