Be it Resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, License Fee and Accounts Receivable Branch, in the amount of $2,600.00 in payment of the Annual Materials Fee Invoice, chargeable to Account 525500, Fund 5100, Org 301000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project/Grant 2250002, Budget Year 2001.
