Resolution amending Resolution No. 716 of 2024, which authorized the City of Pittsburgh to extend a Professional Service Agreement(s) with STR Grants, LLC for software services relating to the eProperties Plus profiling system, by extending the term by one year at an additional cost not to exceed Sixty Thousand, Two Hundred and Sixty-One Dollars and Sixty-Six Cents ($60,261.66).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution amending Resolution No. 716 of 2024, titled "Resolution amending Resolution No. 764 of 2023, which authorized the City of Pittsburgh to extend a Professional Service Agreement(s) with STR Grants, LLC for software services relating to the eProperties Plus profiling system by extending the term by one year at an additional cost not to exceed Fifty-seven Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-One Dollars and Eighty-Three Cents ($57,391.83).," is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with STR Grants, LLC for the purpose of subscribing to a cloud-based property profiling service to improve the tracking and organization of City-owned properties. The total cost for said Agreement(s) shall not exceed Four Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand, Two Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars and Twenty-Nine Cents ($448,235.29) chargeable to and payable from:
