Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 435, effective July 15, 1999, entitled "Providing for an Agreement or Agreements with Gildas A. Kaib, Jr., his successors and assigns for utility easements and an easement for ingress, egress and regress in and over a vacated portion of Vinecliff Street in the 18th Ward" by correcting the name of the street to be vacated.  (Council Districts 2 and 3).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      Section 1 of Resolution No. 435, effective July 15, 1999, which now reads as follows:
 
"Section 1.      The appropriate officials of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to execute and agreement or agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with Gildas A. Kaib, Jr., his successors and assigns (the "Grantee") granting easements and rights of way for utilities and an easement for ingress, egress and regress in and over a vacated portion of Vinecliff Street in the 18th Ward owned by the City.  The construction, maintenance and use of the easements shall be at Grantee's sole cost and expense."
 
is hereby amended to read as follows:
 
"Section 1.      The appropriate officials of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to execute and agreement or agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with Gildas A.
