Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Resolution authorizing the Director of the Department of Finance to enter into an Agreement with Independent Catalyst to provide professional services related to the City of Pittsburgh's Payroll and Human Resource systems in the amount of twenty four thousand six hundred dollars ($24,600) which shall be payable out of the following account 11101.53.53509.107000.2014.
