Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the City Solicitor to enter into an agreement or agreements with Thomson Reuters for subscription to an online legal research tool at a cost not to exceed ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND TEN DOLLARS AND TWENTY-EIGHT CENTS ($133,010.28) over a term of 4 years, chargeable and payable from the following accounts:

Section 2. The agreement or agreements are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form.
