Title
Resolution to amend Resolution No. 439 of 2013, entitled “Providing the authorization to make all legitimate expenditures for payments and agreements or agreements with various agencies to provide job development and employment services, wages and fringe benefits for supervisor, staff, workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, vocational skills training and on-the-job training, outreach, recruitment costs and administrative expenditures necessary to implement the 2013 Pittsburgh Employment Program; and providing the periodic transfer of funds to be used in the Pittsburgh Employment Program”, by increasing the project allocation by $50,000.00 from $100,000.00 to $150,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1, 2 and 3 of Resolution No. 439 of 2013, which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to make all legitimate expenditures necessary to implement the 2013 Pittsburgh Employment Program, including but not limited to agreement or agreements with various agencies to provide job development and employment services, job related vocational skills training and/or on-the-job training, wages and fringe benefits for supervisor, staff, workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, outreach, recruitment costs and administrative expenditures. Said agreement or agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions as said Solicitor may require. The total cost and reimbursement to the City for City paid costs shall not exceed One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars chargeable to and payable from the 2013 Pittsburgh Employment Program, JDE Account String: 0906322130.58101.00.
