Resolution authorizing and directing the Manager of the Equal Opportunity Review Commission to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements, or contract or contracts to create a technical and financial assistance resource guide for small businesses in the City of Pittsburgh, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Manager of the Equal Opportunity Review Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, or contract or contracts in a form approved by the City Solicitor, to create a technical and financial assistance resource guide for small businesses in the City of Pittsburgh. Said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Non-Departmentals - Citywide Miscellaneous Services Account: Organization Code 999200, Fund 1000, Subclass 150, Account 526100, Budget Year 2008.
