Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution No. 322 of 2024, entitled "Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works to apply for grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources' Community Conservation Partnerships Program to provide funding for the Spring Hill Park Rehabilitation project. The grant proposal includes an ask of FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIVE ($562,605.00) dollars" is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, and the Director of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and National Resources for the purpose of receiving grant funds in an amount not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars for the Spring Hill Park Renovation Project. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited in the Grants Trust Fund Account 4029400503.45527.00. The grant requires a match from the City of Pittsburgh in an amount not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars to come out of the 2024 Capital Budget account 4550000424 for a total project cost not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($500,000.00) dollars.
