Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 819, approved December 16, 1997 entitled "Amending Resolution No. 934 approved September 18, 1992 entitled providing for implementation of a Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP) Area T in the Beechview community pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549" so as to amend the streets included in Area "T".

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The first paragraph of Section 1 of Resolution No. 819 approved December 16, 1997, which paragraph provides for the street to be included in Area "T" and which presently reads as follows:
Within the area bounded by: Broadway Avenue, from Fallowfield Avenue to Neeld Avenue; Beechview Avenue, from Sebring Avenue to Broadway Avenue; Fallowfield Avenue, from Sebring Avenue to Tonapah Avenue; Belasco Avenue, from Broadway Avenue to Crosby Avenue; Pauline Avenue, from Broadway Avenue to Catalpa Street; Shiras Avenue, from Broadway Avenue to Los Angeles Avenue; Neeld Avenue, from Broadway Avenue to Los Angeles Avenue; Bensonia Avenue, from Shiras Avenue to Neeld Avenue; and Freemont Place, from Neeld Avenue to Mackinaw Avenue.
is hereby amended to read as follows;
Within the area bounded by: Broadway Avenue, from Fallowfield Avenue to Neeld Avenue; Beechview Avenue, from Sebring Avenue to Broadway Avenue; Fallowfield Avenue, from Sebring Bayone Avenue to Tonapah Avenue; Sebring Avenue, from Fallowfield Avenue to Dagmar Avenue; Hampshire Avenue, from Cape May Avenue to Suburban Avenue; Belasco Avenue, from Broadway Avenue to Crosby Avenue; Pauline Avenue, from Broadway Avenue to Catalpa Street; Shiras Avenue, from Broadway Avenue to Los Angeles Avenue; Neeld Avenue, from Broadway Bensonia Avenue to Los Angeles Avenue; Bensonia Avenue, from Shiras Avenue to Neeld Avenue; and Freemont Place, from Neeld Avenue to Mackinaw Avenue.
