Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 572, effective August 8, 2000, which currently reads:

"Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, under which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will undertake the following program and/or activity in connection with the 2000 Community Development Block Grant Program at a cost not to exceed ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($100,000.00) DOLLARS, chargeable to and payable from the 2000 Community Development Block Grant Trust Fund as follows:

Streetface Façade Program 100,000.00

TOTAL $ 100,000.00"

is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Section 1.
