Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety or the Director of General Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, for the purchase of fire hose and related accessories.  The aggregate total cost shall not exceed Sixty Five Thousand Dollars ($65,000), Twenty Nine Thousand Dollars ($29,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Fund 5100, Subclass PGHPR, Account 544000, Org. No. 250000, Budget Year 2001 Project/Grant 2267075 and Thirty Six Thousand Dollars ($36,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Fund 2610, Subclass C1997, Account 544000, Org. No. 250000, Budget Year 1997, Project/Grant 2261200 Bureau of Fire, Department of Public Safety.
