Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer $100,000.00 from Public Works Bureau of Operations, Misc. Services Account, Fund 1000, Organization 420000, Sub-Class 150, Budget Year 2001, Account 525500 to the Bureau of Environmental Services, Salaries-Premium Pay Account, Fund1000, Organization 430000, Sub-Class 020, Budget Year 2001, Account 516000.
