Title

Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Two, Fiscal, Article VII, Business Related Taxes, Chapter 246, Home Rule Tax, by fixing the rate of interest on certain delinquent Earned Income and Home Rule Taxes for [2006] 2007.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Section 246.03(e) of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended as follows:

      "246.03(e) INTEREST FOR [2006] 2007

      The interest to be paid under Section 246.03(e) hereof for the year [2006] 2007 is [six percent (6%)] six and one quarter percent (6.25%).

Section 2.      This ordinance shall take effect January 1, 2007.
