Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the total sum of Twenty-Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) to Stanley Hicks and Friday & Cox LLC., 1405 McFarland Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15216, in full and final settlement of a civil action filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County at case number GD-10-10865, for personal injuries and damages arising from an accident which occurred on or about August 1, 2008 at or near Alcase Way in the public right-of-way within the City of Pittsburgh.to 11101.58.58105.108000.2012.
