Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, or the use of existing contracts or agreements, and other approved expenditures for the payment of supplies, equipment, materials, salaries, rentals, and other services required in connection with the Baseball is Great (BIG) League Youth Sports Program in the amount of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Account 525500, Organization 102000, Fund 2610, Subclass C2003, Grant/Project G224117, Budget Year 2003.
