Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 230, as amended, effective April 19, 2000, which currently reads as follows:

The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with the Neighborhood Needs Program in Council District 4, in an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Thousand, Two Hundred and Fifty Eight Dollars and Eighty Six Cents ($900,258.86) chargeable to and payable from the following chartfields.
