Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of General Services or the Chief of the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts or Agreement or Agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor to purchase an Airboat watercraft, Sector Scan Sonar system and related adjunctive water rescue equipment for the River Rescue Unit of the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services, Department of Public Safety. Total cost shall not exceed One Hundred Eighty Eight thousand and eighty three dollars ($188,083) chargeable to and payable from Organization Code 22000, Fund 1000, Account 544900, Sub-Class 120, Budget Year 2006.
