Title

Resolution amending Resolution No. 446 of 2004 entitled "Resolution terminating the Neighborhood Improvement District in the western neighborhoods of Pittsburgh known as the West End Home Assurance Value (WE HAV) program" by changing Section 5.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution No. 446 of 2004 is hereby amended as follows:

Section 5.  Upon receipt of the approval of this Resolution from the Secretary of the Commonwealth, the property of the WE HAV Board of Commissioners, approximately $74,076, shall promptly be delivered to the City of Pittsburgh.  The City of Pittsburgh shall then refund approximately $(17.75 16.77) to the owners of each property that paid the $20 assessment and refund approximately $100 to the owners of each property that paid the $125 registration fee.
