Resolution authorizing and directing the Manager of the Equal Opportunity Review Commission to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements, contract or contracts to design a Sheltered Market contracting program for the City of Pittsburgh and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, not to exceed Forty Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Manager of the Equal Opportunity Review Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, contract or contracts in a form approved by the City Solicitor, to provide a Sheltered Market contracting program to the residents of the City of Pittsburgh. Said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Forty Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000), are chargeable to and payable from the Equal Opportunity Review Commission Miscellaneous Services Account, Organization Code: 108350, Account: 526100, Fund 1000, Subclass: 150 Budget Year: 2005 Amount: $45,0000.
