Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Allegheny County Central Tax Collection Committee to pay Audit expenses related to tax collection. Said agreement shall not exceed Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars. ($13,350.00), chargeable to and payable from Department of Finance, Account 107000.53101, Fund 11101, Budget Year 2014.
