Resolution amending Resolution No. 155 of 2023, authorizing an amendment or amendments(s) to the existing Rooftop License Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and 600 GS Prop LP, a Pennsylvania limited partnership, in order to extend the term through December 31, 2030 and allow additional equipment installations, by increasing the approved amount by SIXTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($60,000) for an amended total cost not to exceed FOUR HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY-SIX CENTS ($440,387.56).

Whereas, pursuant to Resolution 401 of 2009, effective July 16, 2009, the City of Pittsburgh (the "City") entered into a Rooftop License Agreement (the "License") with 600 GS Prop LP for a three (3) year term in order to enhance its digital video camera platform; and
Whereas, the term of this License was subsequently extended by the parties to extend the term through December 31, 2028; and
Whereas, the parties now wish to again formally amend the License to extend the term for an additional two years and allow for additional equipment installations.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 155 of 2023, entitled "Resolution amending Resolution No. 568 of 2019, authorizing an amendment or amendments(s) to the existing Rooftop License Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and 600 GS Prop LP, a Pennsylvania limited partnership, in order to extend the term through December 31, 2028, at a total cost not to exceed THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY-SIX CENTS ($380,387.56)," is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, Director of Innovation & Performance, and Director of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to amend the existing Rooftop License Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and 600 GS Prop LP to extend the term through December 31, 2030, at a cost not to exceed FOUR HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND, THREE HUND...
