Resolution amending Resolution 821 of 2025 which provided for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, Right-of-Way, and Construction phases of the Charles Anderson Bridge project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Seventy Million Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Two Dollars ($70,016,632.00), an increase of Six Million Three Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($6,335,000.00) for costs associated with the Construction phase of the project from the previously executed agreement. This resolution serves to authorize only the amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements, at a cost not to exceed Seven Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($7,100.00), an increase of Zero Dollars ($0.00) from the previously executed agreement for costs associated with the Preliminary Design, Final Design, and Right-of-Way phases of the project. Future Resolutions will authorize the project specific service agreements.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the Charles Anderson Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Seventy Million Sixteen Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Two Dollars ($70,016,632.00), an increase of Six Million Three Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($6,335,000.00) for costs associated with the Construction phase of the project from the previously executed agreement, to be paid from the following account/s:
