WHEREAS, the City Theatre is a non-profit organization that works to foster the arts in Pittsburgh; and

WHEREAS, founded in 2001, the mission of the City Theatre is to provide an artistic home for the development and production of contemporary plays that engage a diverse audience; and

WHEREAS, City Theatre desires to conduct a raffle to generate funds to finance its operations and further its artistic service to the City of Pittsburgh.
