Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with A. Merante Contracting Inc. for costs associated with the Construction phase of the Smithfield Street Reconstruction project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Six Million Six Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Two Hundred Two Dollars and Fifty-Six Cents ($6,672,202.56), to be paid from the following accounts:
