Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.

The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Finance and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, providing for an up to $750,000.00 grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation, up to $490,000.00 in an RCAP grant through the URA, and $1,251,244 from the Riverlife Task Force for the construction the "Mon Wharf Switchback Ramp."

Grant funds shall be deposited to the following accounts:

4029400162.45703.00 RCAP (URA) Mon Wharf Switchback Non-Profit $490,000.00

4029400159.45505.00 (PADOT) Mon Wharf Switchback Federal $750,000.00

4029400161.48000.00 Non-Profit Mon Wharf Switchback Riverlife $1,251,244.00
