Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy (“PPC”), for the purpose of improving the entrances and gathering areas of Flagstaff Hill in Schenley Park, at no cost to the City.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy (“PPC”), for the purpose of improving the entrances and gathering areas of Flagstaff Hill in Schenley Park, at no cost to the City.

 

Section 2. The Agreement or Agreements thereto shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
