Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Amending and supplementing Resolution Nos. 946 and 947 of 2004, by reinstating certain positions as set forth in Attachment 1 hereto, and rescinding Operating Amendment #1 and Operating Amendment # 2 as set forth in the prior "Amendment by Substitute."

Section 2. Further amending and supplementing Resolution Nos. 946 and 947 of 2004, by decreasing the police vacancy allowance from One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,700,000.00), to Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00); and increasing the vacancy allowance in various Departments by One Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,100,000.00), all as set forth in Attachment 1 hereto.

Section 3. Amending and supplementing Resolution Nos. 946 and 947 of 2004, by increasing the overall amount from $387.209,909 to $390,223,201.

Section 4. In all other respects, Resolution Nos. 946 and 947, effective January 1, 2004, as amended, shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
