Resolution amending Resolution No. 886, effective December 16, 2003, entitled "Providing for the filing of a Community Development statement by the City of Pittsburgh with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a grant in connection with the 1996 Community Development Block Grant Program; so as to reprogram funds in City Council from “West End Elliott joint Project - Building Acquisition” (- 11,476) to the West Pittsburgh Partnership - South Main Street” (+ 11,476).
